Mandor Engineering is a successful specialist door and shop front manufacturer providing emergency callout, manufacturing and installation services on a nationwide basis. They include several of the UK's PLC retailers as well as a large number of industrial and commercial businesses as their customers.

When Mandor senior management identified the need to improve their facilities to ensure that their productivity met ever increasing demands, and that their already high customer service levels were maintained, they began the search for new premises. Mandor identified and purchased the premises, and then contacted Facelift to provide initial advice on what was required to make the building operational so that they could relocate.

Good communication and consistent liaison with Mandor workshop and senior management ensured that their new premises reflected the improvement in workshop welfare and office accommodation that Mandor required to move their business forward, whilst at the same time improving their operational capabilities. Engaging Facelift in the management of the site ensured that Mandor could continue to focus on their core business activities while this important transition was taking place.
